A five-building apartment precinct in the heart of Canberra inner south. Casa Lusso supplied tapware, sanitaryware and kitchen fixtures across residences, selected for the development’s warm, contemporary palette.

Mt Eliza

Set within one of Mount Eliza's newest architectural enclaves, this brand-new residence pairs sculptural form with natural materiality across 875sqm of coastal luxury.

With Sinclair Projects, this beachfront residence draws on the coastal elegance of Antibes, reinterpreted across five levels connected by a private lift.

A sculptural off-form concrete facade and a restrained material palette of Turkish limestone and micro-cement carry through to the bathrooms, where rare "Sky Blue White Cloud" marble vanities pair with antique brass fittings. Casa Lusso's brass fixtures and tapware feature throughout, in keeping with the home's considered, material-led design.

Glass Haus Preston

Elegantly crafted with timeless sophistication, these thoughtfully designed apartments prioritise abundant, natural light and spaciousness, ensuring a seamless living experience that blends comfort, connectivity, and convenience. A refined neutral palette provides the perfect backdrop for modern low maintenance living with a focus on high-quality finishes and designer details.

Iglu Williams Street

The works comprise the construction of a reinforced concrete multi-level student accommodation development. The building contains a single level basement consisting of plants and equipment, ground floor with administration office and other communal areas including gym, media room, entry lobby, building services reticulation and three levels of apartments.

Aureus Beachfront Village Townhouses

Aureus is a master planned beachfront residential community in Skennars Head, NSW, offering a limited release of premium coastal land. Designed around beach access, open space and future village amenity, Aureus provides an opportunity to build a detached home in one of the Northern Rivers’ most tightly held coastal locations.

Skylight Sandringham
