This product is supplied as raw unfinished timber during manufacturing and will require application of a sealant that is suitable for the intended usage and environment. Due to this benchtop being a natural oak timber material, any raw edges created (hole drilled) during installation, will require a sealant to prevent water absorption. Where the benchtop meets a wall, edges should be sealed using a non-acidic, anti-fungal silicone. Failure to comply with any of the above instructions will VOID all warranties.
